I'm so excited to be a part of a great company that is helping millions. My heart beat is to reach young girls and women before or early in their childbearing years. I want to help parents help their children learn to eat properly so they don't have to ever go on a 'diet.' One of my dieters, Dina, lost 60 pounds and her husband, 80. They have a 10 year old daughter who is a little chunky. She had some friends make fun of her in her ballet tights. She told her Mommy, Dina, that she needed to lose weight. Her daughter has watched both her mommy and daddy be disciplined and lose the weight. Dina has also been to a level 2 seminar so she gets everything. She has encouraged her daughter in healthy food choices and alternate phase 1 without being obsessive. My heart goes out to these young ones. I was one who thought I was fat. I don't want these young ones to feel they are fat and always have to be on a diet. So Dina and I are using the words eating healthier so she can get into some clothes she's grown out of. When her daughter wants to eat something Dina encourages her to read the label. Then they look at the fat and carb and protein content. She tells her this is a little higher in the fat and carb and explains what will happen but lets her choose based on facts. Her daughter at times has chosen not to eat a particular food because of that information. I want to help empower the younger generation so they can enjoy life and do the things they were meant to do with all the energy they need without having to be concerned with their weight or not having enough energy. I eventually want to write a book that is fun, encouarging and very scientifically factual to teach about the pancreas and how the body works. I want to include that preventative medicine, by letting our foods be our medicine, is the way of life. Again thank you for all you are doing.

I want to help you get the message out about Ideal Protein helping in other ways besides losing weight. Weight loss is not my goal. However I look forward to my Ideal Protein everyday and it is a great source of protein. I have now passed the third year since the Doctors diagnosed me with bone cancer. I am doing very well, living in a third world country and running an orphanage. There are many disadvantages living in the Philippines, i.e. the sanitation conditions, primary TB being active in 80 percent of the local residents in our area, extreme heat and humidity, We take children from near death situations from dump areas with no running water, no electricity, and no food. They are brought into the orphanage, given medical and dental attention, fed nutritious food, educated, and above all, they are loved. I am grateful for the strength to meet the many challenges and thankful for the Ideal Protein drinks. My favorite Ideal Protein drink is cappuccino and I cannot imagine a day without having it. Ideal Protein is something oncologists should consider recommending to all their patients to help them receive an adequate amount of protein.

Why I did it: I believe special moments should leave you breathless - climbing stairs should not. After just eight steps, I was feeling the burn. I wasn't trudging up the Great Wall of China - I was a brand new grandma simply trying to put her grandson down for a nap in his room on the second floor of my son's house. Instead of basking in some sweet, quiet time with my infant grandchild, I was clutching the banister to catch my breath and keep my balance. I couldn't help but think this is not how I should be feeling at 53 years old. This was my "ah-ha" moment, my slap in the face, my not-so-gentle wakeup call to reclaim my health before it claimed me. My struggle with weight goes back nearly 20 years. You name the "it" diet of the month, and you bet I was on it. That might mean not even looking at carbs for fear it might add 10 pounds to my waistline, or tossing every last morsel of food containing refined sugars into the trash. But it wasn't until my woozy episode that I was actually afraid I might not be around for my family because I wasn't taking care of myself. That's when I decided to overhaul my life for good.

How I Did It: It's not easy to admit to yourself that you're overweight. I could keep telling myself I'd only put on a few pounds, but the reality was that I needed to lose more than 50 pounds that were stressing my body. Immediately I was drawn to the quick-fix fads: special shots and magic pills that promised fast results, but what about the long-term plan? I couldn't risk gaining the weight back because the plan I chose had no long-term remedy. So what did I do? I turned to my girlfriends. One told me about a plan that worked for her. I was impressed with the success stories I read and heard about this healthy living program, which helped retrain the pancreas to burn fat and maintain muscle mass. In February 2008, I started the program, and by June I had lost nearly 35 pounds. While I stopped following the program that winter - life became hectic as I closed my business and suddenly I lost focus on my health - I was able to maintain my weight loss, but something was missing. In February 2009, I became a client at It's a Breeze Diet Clinic in South Tampa. The clinic follows a similar plan, retraining the pancreas to help the body become a fat-burning machine. It was another ah-ha moment for this yo-yo dieter. During the weight-loss stages of the program, I supplemented my meals with inexpensive Ideal Protein food products and saw my waist shrink with each passing week. By the time I evolved to the stabilization and maintenance stages, I was able to cook my own meals using proper nutrition to keep the weight off for what is now more than a year.
Going The Distance: Since 2008 I have lost a total of 55 pounds. What made the difference? My personal weight-loss coach. Having a coach worked for me because I needed someone who would nudge me when I strayed and help me stay accountable for my health. The more I learned about the Ideal Diet program, the more it inspired me to share this method with other people by becoming a coach myself and opening a branch in Palm Harbor. The program is a whole-wellness program because it can lower insulin levels, help lower high blood pressure and high cholesterol and treat those with Type I and Type II diabetes.
Best Advice: After my decades of dieting, I learned that many programs focus too much on instant gratification. Nothing will work for you if you don't commit to it 100 percent. My weight loss coach gave me the tools to help me stay committed and, more importantly, she gave me the tools to help me cherish hugs from my growing grandkids. Now that's the only thing that takes my breath away.

My name is Dr. Jonathan Gerber, I was 33 years old, 5' 11'' tall and I weighed 258 pounds. ...Within a month time, I, my parents and my Office Manager were all using Ideal Protein in sort of a ''trial run'' to learn first hand what the system is like and whether it could truly live up to incredible claims made by it's proprietors. As the pounds quickly and easily began to drop off of me, I felt energized and healthier, more incredibly vital than I could ever remember feeling in my entire life. ...I'm now a fit and healthy 164 pounds. Among the four of us, we've lost more than 300 pounds!

Lisa Shaker Knopp
''I have had a lifetime of weight battles. I have tried every diet under the sun. In the past, I have lived my life on a constant ''diet.'' Nothing I did really worked in the long-term. ...November 29th I started on the Ideal Protein Diet program. What a change my life too that day. In more ways than one. I have lost 33 lbs to date. I am wearing size 4's and 6's! My body composition has changed most dramatically. My thighs, once measuring 27 inches each, are down to 21 inches! My waist went from 31.5 inches to 26.5 (5 inches melted off). And my hips, from 42 inches to 36.5. Not only that, my energy level is through the roof! I feel like I am in my 20's again. People say my skin and my eyes are ''glowing!'' ...I believe with my whole heart that the Ideal Diet was an answer to my prayers. I believe it's a gift from above. If you follow this program, you are guaranteed to succeed. If it worked for me, I know it will work for anyone!''

I was pushing 300 pounds. I'm tall - 6' 2'' and knew I was heavy, but didn't do anything about it. Then, about a year ago, I was feeling really bad. I had no energy, was just really lethargic. So, I decided to see my doctor for checkup. He did an EKG on me, and told me that I had a ''silent heart attack.''
I was alive, but this stunned me into reality. I started losing 3-5 pounds a week. This was January, 2007. I reached my goal of losing 109 pounds on October, 2007! I feel like a new person. I lost 5 inches off my chest, 13 and a half inches off my waist, nearly 9 inches off my hips, 5 inches off my thighs and 3 inches and half off my arms. Now I'm on the maintenance phase and I vow never to let myself get like that again.

Heather Gray
I was able to lose 40 lbs in 12 weeks on Ideal Protein. I lost 9 in. around my waist, 8 in. around my hips, and 7 in. around my thighs.

I never thought I could do this. I had tried all sorts of weight loss programs. I lost a few pounds very slowly and hit a wall. I thought because I had had 5 kids, I was 41, and I have problems with thyroid and insulin resistance that I would never be able to lose the weight. Ideal Protein was so doable and fit into my busy life. I am so much healthier. I know what it is like to be overweight I feel like I've been released from bondage and I have my body back. I love helping people rediscover themselves or find a new body.

I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with your weight loss plan and products. First of all, I have struggled with my weight most of my life. I am from a southern family that likes to cook all kinds of comfort foods. I am a registered nurse and have tried many diets. You would think a nurse who had studied nutrition would know better. I see many of my colleagues and patients struggle and suffer with the complications associated of obesity. When I saw the ad for the Ideal Protein Diet I thought oh great another high protein plan. I gave it another look and since I have a vacation scheduled for the middle of June I decided to give it a try. I met with Dr Williams for a consultation and saw the results that she and her office manager had in just eight weeks. I was impressed with their 30 lb weight in 8 weeks. I was weighed and measured. The first week I only lost 2 lbs but I felt like I had lost more and was a little dissapointed until I was measured. Wow ! I had lost 10.75 inches. At the end of the second week I lost 7 more lbs and 5.5 inches. I have not been hungry or felt weak like I have on so many other diets. By the 4th day I had totally stopped craving carbs. In the past I always snack before bedtime.

To make a long story short I am very happy with your program and plan to visit my doctor in a month for my annual exam. He has been telling me I need to lose a few pounds and get my cholesterol down. I'll write again after I see him.

Thanks to Ideal my weight doesn't control me anymore. In addition to weighing less than I did in high school, I am a healthier, happier, more vibrant woman. I have experienced notable improvements in muscle development, digestion, energy level, and the appearance of my hair, skin, and nails. I will never be that sluggish, unhealthy, overweight person again. I have gone from a tight size 16 to a comfortable size 8-10!

As I was driving to my appointment at Ideal Protein yesterday, I couldn't help but think about all the different diets I had been on and the varying degrees of success I have had - and how this one was different. A good friend of mine is on the program as well, and she has had the same remarkable experience.

Yes, I am losing weight. I have done that before. Yes, I have worked with dieticians and counselors before. But in all of those instances, the weight came back and the motivation dissipates as time goes by and social pressures increase. As I drove to my appointment yesterday, I tried to put my finger on what was different about this program, about why it so engages me, and realized that the single distinguishing factor is that Ideal Protein provides a unique and meaningful counseling process.

How is it unique? It's provided (at least in my case) by someone who has been there - has had to fight to lose the weight, understands the emotional fight that requires to do so, and has had to deal with the challenging social denial that dieting demands. She also works to maintain her weight loss..and maintaining that in the future is the single most challenging thing of all weight loss programs. And more important than all of that is that I LOOK FORWARD to my visits with Angie. She is encouraging, supportive, sympathetic and empathetic to the work, frustration, hopes - all that go along with dealing with this nightmare that is extra weight. There is a friend in the battle with you.

My dietician was a wonderful woman, but has never carried an extra pound in her life, and while she was great a coaching me on how to eat a balanced meal, she had no understanding and much less empathy regarding the emotional and social challenges associated with losing weight and maintaining that loss.

Angie really gets it. I would encourage you to clone her!!!! At the very least, I wanted to thank you for offering the single most unique and meaningful component to a weight loss program that I have encountered yet. Having it I know one thing for certain - I will succeed this time - because she has and she knows how to help me succeed and she offers me the confidence that I can make it happen myself, regardless of the other pressures, and knowing that it is really, really hard.

I personally began the Ideal Diet in September and managed to loose 23 lbs. in just 6 weeks! I felt better than I had felt in 19 years. It has been amazing for me. I treated myself to a trip to Las Vegas with my sister after I lost the weight.

I began the diet in Eagle, Id at Renu-medispa. I had many of my friends and co-workers see my results, and ask how they could get the food and supplements. I referred them to the spa where I signed up.

I have since moved to a small city in Kansas. I have had numerous people here comment on my petite frame (I am a mother of three but look like a college co-ed so it has people amazed), and again I have raved about the diet so much that they too want to know where and how to get it!

I have had many people suggest that since I am so excited about the diet I should sell it myself. This has me thinking....that is a great idea! Rebecca Bodok

I would like to thank you for all your support over the past 16 weeks as I participated in the Ideal Protein program. I do not consider myself to be finished with the program, as it is a life style change, and one I plan to continue, but I have met my goal weight. Before starting Ideal Protein, I had gained about 35 pounds in 4 years. Over this time, I had visited the clinic regarding my desire to lose weight and general lack of energy. After attending the Ideal Protein seminar, I knew I needed to drastically change my eating habits. I had never dieted before and decided to try to lose weight independently, based on what I learned in the seminar. After approximately 12 weeks, I had lost 10 pounds by exercising and changing my eating habits, but felt frustrated and low on energy. This is when I decided to start the Ideal Protein program at 100%. My determination to want to fell better and to lose the weight, combined with the weekly support and positives results helped to keep me motivated. Over the 16 week period, I consistently lost 3 pounds per week and the protein packets gave me the energy that I needed to keep me feeling strong. The shakes, pudding, and protein bars were like a treat to me and I didn't crave the junk food that I used to eat before the program. Overall, this program and your support have helped me to return to a more balanced and healthy lifestyle. Not only have I lost the weight, but more importantly I am experiencing better health and increased energy! In the future, I plan to continue with the protein bars and shakes as a snack between meals. I have compared them to other brands on the market and Life Protein bars are both low in carbohydrates and sugar, plus provide the extra protein needed throughout the day to maintain my energy levels. Thank you for your support and for introducing me to the Ideal Protein program! Sgt. Wayne Reynolds

I am a firm believer in natural remedy whenever possible. I routinely see a chiropractor, acupuncturist and massage therapist. As a result of this lifestyle, I almost never require the services of a regular doctor. Being a police officer working shift work, having disrupted sleep patterns and often not eating as well as I could/should, it's a wonder I am as healthy as I am. In December 2008, I learned that I have moderate sleep apnea. I do not fit the usual profile for sleep apnea (over 50 years of age, overweight/obese), I asked the doctor if losing some weight would help. He advised that losing weight is always a healthy choice. I had been hovering around 190 pounds for about 3-4 years and I wasn't real happy with what my wife called the "over 40" stomach. My chiropractor was overweight, on blood pressure medication and had "stage one diabetes". He and his wife started on a dieting program through a company called Ideal Protein. Within 4 weeks, he had lost 20 pounds of fat through this program. After hearing him explain what the program was, and the fact that it was healthy for me, my wife and I eagerly decided to take part. On February 27, 2009, I weighed in a 190 lbs and my BMI (Body Mass Index) was over 28. In just one month, I have lost 17 pounds of fat and my BMI has dropped to 14. I am now wearing button up jeans that I had not worn in years, and the belt I was using on the second notch is now being used on the fifth/last notch. My goal is to return to 163 pounds so that when I add my weight training back into my lifestyle, I can allow for 5 lbs of muscle growth and keep my weight under 170 lbs. I'm not interested in being a body builder, but having lean muscle and tone is highly desirable. I am sharing this story because the change in eating is something that my wife and I have taken on together. She has lost 15 pounds and went from a size 10/12 to a size 6 in just a month. There are many details to explain about how we are eating and the science behind getting the body to convert fat stores to energy in a safe and healthy manner, but the bottom line is the program works. We have been eating very good meals cooked at home, and our children are eating more vegetables right along with us. We have not dined out in over a month and have saved a considerable amount of money by eating at home. The program has not been all that difficult, and shopping at the store is a breeze when you only go to the produce and meat sections. I would encourage anyone that is serious and motivated about losing weight to consider www.ideadiet4u.com as a possible solution. My chiropractor has lost 47 pounds now (8 weeks) and looks like a whole new man. My own father has just recently started the program and lost 6 pounds in the first week. And to be perfectly clear - I am motivated in sharing this story because of how good this program has left me feeling, both physically and emotionally. There is no compensation for me or my wife; we are not agents or representatives of the program. What we would get out of it is the satisfaction of knowing we helped others find a program that works for them so they are healthier and happier.
